As February comes to an end, we present our latest case study featuring a 5.6kW solar system installed on a south-facing roof. The chart below displays the generation data for January 2025.
The data shows that the customer generated 239kWh from their residential solar system in January 2025, a commendable performance. This achievement showcases the incredible potential of solar energy, even during the peak of winter with its shorter days and reduced sunlight.
Consumed: 153.82 kWh (64%) of the generated electricity
Exported: 85.18 kWh (36%) back to the grid
Additionally, the homeowner harnessed the potential of battery storage to capture excess electricity for later use, resulting in increased savings. A remarkable 105 kWh was charged into the battery.
